WHAT MAKES A WINNING ENTRY?

Entries should show the problems or issues faced by the business, the solutions developed and the ultimate benefits to the organisation and, where relevant, to trade partners. Entries should be as jargon-free as possible, highlight results and demonstrate proven success.

ENTRY STRUCTURE

Your entry should be no more than 1,500 words excluding appendices. The following main headings may be a useful guide. Please keep tables, photographs and graphs to a reasonable minimum.

The challenge/problem/opportunity
Project objectives

3  Approach proposed

4  The company/partner relationship (if relevant)

How did this work?
Who were they?

5  Success factors and challenges

How was the challenge overcome?
To what extent were project objectives met?
What were the quantifiable results strategically and financially?
How did this impact on your overall organisation?
What were the lessons learnt?
